High tide roosts are always good places to watch and photograph waders. West Kirby is a great place but there is alot of disturbance from windsurfers and boats. Catching any wader in flight can be difficult so I was particularly pleased that I captured this flock with as much detail as I did. Here we have Turnstone, Redshank, Knot and Dunlin.
