Martinmere December 2008 - Tight formation flying of Whooper swans is what I most love to watch and photograph. They exhude such elegance, strength and power. Almost ideal photographic conditions with just a little glare off the sun enabled me to get the wing detail that I wanted. The two photos above shows two frames of the same flight sequence.
