Richardsons Canada goose - psilos bird photography

This small, pale race of Canada Goose is to be found breeding on the frozen tundras of Eastern Canada and Western Greenland. Its wintering grounds can be found on the prairies of central American where it feeds on the short grass. May be found as an occasional vagrant to the UK. Sexes are alike. Sexual maturity is reached at three years old.
